Play area
Sitting at the edge of the field next to the Orchard Coffee House and Community Shop we have a play area. There is a space for toddlers and also for older children. There are swings, including a much loved basket swing, slides, balancing beams, a roundabout, sand pit and our Noah’s ark climb and slide.
Field
The field beyond the play area has lots of areas to explore. There is the orchard, wildflower areas, picnic area, and football pitch. This is a space where all members of the community are welcome to come and spend time, whether playing football, sitting having a quiet peaceful moment in the orchard, or coming for a family picnic.
Orchard
At the opposite end of the car park, on the far side of the field, is the orchard. It is a young orchard, mostly made up of apple and pear trees. Taking a walk through the orchard, you will find the fruits of the Spirit sings, and some benches. It is a quiet space allowing you to slow down and reflect.
