GIVE

At Gorsley Baptist Church we respond to the call to the people of God to be generous and open hearted and encourage and practise sacrificial giving to the work of Christ’s kingdom. We want to offer God the first-fruits of our labour.

A tenth of all the monies that are given for general purposes is set aside and allocated to support mission. Our main focus for global mission is the Baptist Missionary Society, BMS. We also support the Peace & Hope Trust, Open Doors, the Smiles Foundation, the Heart of England Baptist Association (HEBA), Samaritan’s Purse, Scripture Union and others.

Under normal circumstances there are opportunities to give at each of our main services but you can also give to Gorsley Baptist Church online.

Bank Transfer

Setting up a single transfer or a standing order directly via your bank normally avoids any payment processing fees. If you’ve registered as a member of our congregation then you can view our bank details here or contact the Church Office for help.

Donate Online

Donate to Gorsley Baptist Church with ChurchSuite

Our online donation page allows you to make a single gift by card or set up a regular direct debit. The system is managed by ChurchSuite but you don’t need to be registered as a member of our congregation to use it. Please note that we do incur payment processing fees if you donate in this way.

Give to Gorsley Baptist Church with Give.net

If you’re thinking about running a marathon in support of our ministry, or trying something more sedentary, we’ve partnered with give.net to allow you to set up your own fundraiser for Gorsley Baptist Church.

Bank Transfer

Don’t forget that Gift Aid can increase the value of every donation you make to Church: if you qualify, every pound you give is worth £1.25 at no additional cost to you. If you choose to give directly from your bank then please contact our team to request a form.

We are thankful for the generosity of the Gorsley Baptist Church community which enables us to fulfil our Kingdom ministry. If you have any questions about giving then please get in touch with our Treasurer, Steve Potter

Have a question? We would love to hear from you.
